Now Someone Has Taken My Smartphone Off Line

Someone has taken my phone so it is not possible for me to make phone calls or call emergency lines.

It says on the phone tham my SIM card is missing.

It is not.

I can't manage to open the phone file on the phone to get the SIM card to work again.
