She ends up hospitalized of mental manipulation and narcissism in another nurse that thinks she looks like her and copy all she does in her life to get this billionaire.
She copies the nurse when the nurse is a patient from a picture taken on a beach.
This nurse steals life and have not clear identity and relates all her identity to the woman she copies and steal the life to the other woman and kills her with manipulation.
The narcissist is married and kills the other nurse to get the billionaire to herself.
The idiots take form.
Someone killing a nurse to look like her and have her life.
