The Woman That Changed Fear Into Power.

Anxiety can hit you at all stages of life.
How to overcome fear is to not be scared of the fear.
Mindfullness can change you're fear and how you look at it.
Fear are only thoughts,
but be aware of fear that guides you.
Fear can become you're best friend, it you are not scared of the feeling.
Fear can tell you what is right or wrong,
and guide you to focus better.
Everybody knows what fear is.
Everybody has felt it,
and remember that fear alway ends.
It is not an eternal emotion.
If you dare to face you're fear and walk straight ahead of you're goal,
you can find that the impossible is possible.
Try to activate you're fear into constructive actions,
fear can be a blessing and give you the energy to move on.
I can write a whole book about controlling fear,
until you get so much experience that fear ends,
and you move to a stage of peace nearly all the time.
It is called ataraxia and i have this.
Solitude is given when fear stop to bother you.

Do not be scared of fear.
It can be you're best friend and guide you to you're dreams and goals.
And give you the experience of what the meaning of life for you is, and show you true love.
