How To Heal From Anxiety

Anxiety is natural to feel. It is just when it keeps you away from living the life you want it is an illness. Anxiety can heal, and sometimes fast with doing what you love the most and get new impressions. Anxiety is a feeling all humans has felt from slightly nervousness to strong panic attacks. It is a road out of this. By taking control and live after you're dreams. The best part is when you feel anxiety to go to the people, the animals or the places you love the most.
To get to know the level of anxiety you feel can make you strong. At once you face the fear and accept it you are in control over you're feelings. 
Life is filled with risk and danger.
I had a son that told me : " Everything can be dangerous mommy. "
And that is true. 
Even the horses i love so much can be a danger and i need to be awake in my nervous system to handle them. But in the most part horses are gentle and kind animals that never will harm you. But they have also a reaction and can by their awareness tell you something to learn about fear. Horses can easily get scared and they handle it as a natural feeling and overcome the fear with calm and steady persons. It tells me that i can lead a horse to peace and harmony and the horses likes me and they help me when i feel nervous energy. I dont have so much anxiety but sometimes get it of Post Traumatic Stress disorder.
But i face my fears and when i am in the situation i fear i get peaceful nearly at once and see that i handle life.
It is to get to know the emotions in you're body and know that a thought is only a thought, you have the power to change the thought that gives you anxiety.
In danger you are supposed to feel anxiety because it leads you away from what you fear. You shall not face all that you fear.
Anxiety is healed by doing positive things and things that make you're mind focus on something else. Animals are one of the best things to be with when treating anxiety back to a normal level in you're body.
To ride is one of the best things to get you out of problems because you're mind can't think of problems on focusing riding dressage.
To find again flow in you're body is to do what you really want to do and do it.
Try.
Dont give up on yourself, and the true part with me was that i for some days ago laughed of myself being scared. I had the natural right to feel it and i saw the humor in the fear i felt.
Animals tells us that they seek comfort and safety when they feel fear to get it away.
And the same things we humans need to do.
Go to the people that loves you when feeling anxiety and break the feeling into something positive.
Natural ways in life heals you.
Maybe you're anxiety tells you that you're body is in crisis and you need a change.
Have you felt this a long time you have to start doing something about what you dream of or what the problems are.
Dont be afraid of the fear.
At once you get to know the scala from 1- 10 in you're anxiety feelings and handle the emotions and the situation even though you feel fear leads you to go more steady into life.
Anxiety is not dangerous and is natural to feel.
But think over you're life if you are in a life crisis that commands change from you and the anxiety is an alarm bell that tells you that you need to work on different goals in life.
Horses heals me and i love them so much for giving me meaning and days in fun and the sport i like the most to do.
This is picture of " Blondie " the Norwegian Fjordhorse in the stable and she is very kind and the horses teach me of natural horsemanship and that there is always hope.
You can live to be over 100 years old even though you suffer from anxiety.
To pray is a good thing to do.
Prayers do get heard and when you see that something helps you the healing starts.
You are stronger than you think and people having anxiety can become very strong when they handle and controls the feeling.
