How To Heal From Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD )

For the ones suffering from PTSD even the word can be scary and awaken memories of the PTSD.
PTSD is a disorder awakened by traumatic happenings and many people suffer from it and it ruins lives. It is hard to live with the disorder and it is created by something called in the psychology " chaning of memories ". The trauma gets stuck in the mind and the body and play on repeat nearly all the time. And it sends the nervous system into severe stress and anxiety. It is possible to get out of this with breaking loose. It is to take control over the mind and use all you're reason and perception to link to yourself new memories and get the PTSD down in memory. It is to take the picture of the trauma and try with focus and meditation to minimalise it in the mind and trow it away. It is done by meditation and prayer. To go into a memory is not dangerous and minimize it and get it out and try to find new imprints that breaks the chaining of PTSD memory. It gives you all the freedom and control over you're life back. Dont be scared over anxiety. And music can heal you with using music as therapy and know that many musicians understands the hard facts of life that we are humans and musicians tries to help and reach out to us suffering by writing music and sing for us to ease us down and make us feel at spirit and in peace.
Break the chaning of PTSD by be together with people you love and use reason that you are not in you're trauma in the real world and let reality help you with giving you new imprints. Stay over the fear of the memory and give the body time to readjust and heal.
It is possible to be free of PTSD and i have the horses, writing and music to help me to heal from PTSD and i have a good time and feel peace for the most of the time and sleeps well.
It is possible to recover and heal - so never give up.
