Easy Pasta / Dinner For Two Days

To have quality on life and eat healthy you need good food. Karbohydrates makes you're mood rise and gives you more serotonins that prevents depression. And to eat right is to live right and stay in pleasure and get relaxed and energetic after food. I eat pasta a lot. It is easy and cheap and i got shock yesterday walking the dog and bought a hot dot for me and our dog Toya to share. It costed 7 usd / 50 nkr for one hot dog. 
Today i got dinner for two days for the same amount of money. The recepy is easy and i coock for one person only. But it is not expensive for an entire family to eat right and cheap. The children loves pasta and i will show more pasta dishes in the blogg also with fish. The trick to make the children eat fish is the sauces to the dishes. 
Here is my single two day recepy that is for all having one person budget and want to save money or don't afford more. It is possible to live healthy on nearly all budgets.

Easy Pasta For Two Days

As much pasta you like for two days
400 grams of minced meat of pork
1 jar of good pasta sauce
I got Dolmio Pasta Sauce for 3 usd / 20 nkr.
Salad or the vegetables you have
I had cucumber and tomatoes 
Garlic dressing

Make it as usual in an easy way - it is done in 15 minutes and it costed me only 7 usd. / 50 nkr.
So now i am full and happy. 
If you eat right all you're mental focus will go along with it and get you're mood better. Pasta is good for the entire body and good food after exercise. You don't need always to be on the best diet or use a lot of money on expensive protein powder and bars. Get a natural diet and clean food and get the body you want.
