Sunday dinner for one person on 10 minutes :-) Its easy to live healthy and stay strong. I eat seafood nearly all the time because that is the best meat for us humans and the most healthy of the right proteins, enzymes and omega-3 acid. This dinner taste good and when you are not in the mood for cooking for one hour you can make this and it is also good for everyday life :
Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs and Garlic
100 grams smoked salmon
3 eggs
3 table spoons milk
garlic salt after flavor
salad or what you have of vegetables
aioli
To laugh a while and have surprises i had Kinder - eggs today to dessert.
It is alway a surprise and something to use you're mind on to the inventions inside.
You are not grown up before you find again the inner child :-)
